A: DTF is a full-color printing method that transfers a design onto apparel using heat.

Q: Is there a digitizing fee for embroidery?
A: It depends on the design and promotion. Some qualifying orders may include digitizing.
Q: Can I provide my own items?
A: Possibly. Customer-supplied items must be approved before production.
Q: How long does production take?
A: Turnaround depends on the product, quantity, artwork approval, and material availability.
Q: Do you offer rush service?
A: Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes. San Antonio pickup may be available by appointment.

Return & Refund PolicyBecause all Custom Instaprint products are currently made specifically for each customer, all custom and personalized orders are final sale.No CancellationsOnce payment is received, your order immediately enters the design, material ordering, setup, or production process.For this reason, orders cannot be canceled after payment has been submitted, and payments or deposits are non-refundable.Please carefully review your order details before completing payment.Custom ProductsCustom printed, embroidered, engraved, branded, designed, or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged because of:Incorrect size or quantity selected by the customer
Customer-approved spelling, wording, or design errors
Changes of mind
Minor color differences between screens and finished products
Normal differences caused by fabric, material, printing, or embroidery
Proof Approval

Terms and ConditionsLast Updated: July 24, 2026These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, quotes, design projects, printing services, branding services, website services, and other work provided by Custom Instaprint LLC. By approving a quote, submitting payment, approving artwork, or using our services, you agree to these terms.1. Quotes and OrdersQuotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including product type, quantity, sizes, artwork, design requirements, deadline, pickup, delivery, and shipping needs.A quote does not become a confirmed order until the required payment or deposit has been received.Quotes may expire or change because of product availability, supplier pricing, material costs, shipping costs, or changes to the original project.2. Payment and ProductionPayment requirements will be listed on the quote, invoice, or project agreement.Once payment is received, the order immediately enters the design, material-ordering, setup, or production process. Therefore:Custom orders cannot be canceled after payment.
Payments and deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
Production will not begin until the required payment and information are received.
Final products and files will not be released until all outstanding balances are paid.
For larger design, branding, website, or business-service projects, Custom Instaprint may use a milestone payment schedule. Work will pause if a required milestone payment is not received by its due date. Any delay caused by a missed payment may also change the completion date.3. Turnaround TimeTurnaround time varies by project. Most standard orders are completed within approximately 7–14 business days after payment, provided that all required information and artwork have been received.Projects requiring a proof will not move into final production until the proof is approved.Turnaround estimates do not include weekends, holidays, shipping time, customer delays, extensive revisions, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our control. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.Unless specifically stated, completion dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.4. Delays and Unavailable ProductsOrders may be delayed because of supplier shortages, product availability, equipment issues, severe weather, shipping interruptions, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.At our discretion, we may:Offer a comparable replacement product
Provide a revised completion or shipment date
Modify the project with the customer’s approval
Refund the unavailable portion of the order
Cancel and refund the order if we cannot reasonably fulfill it
For merchandise ordered online, by telephone, or through another covered remote-sales method, applicable federal shipping rules may require us to offer the customer a choice between accepting a delayed shipment or canceling the unshipped portion for a prompt refund.5. Customer ResponsibilitiesThe customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including:Names, dates, addresses, and phone numbers
Product choices, sizes, colors, and quantities
Artwork and design instructions
Required completion dates
Pickup, delivery, or shipping details
Any special requirements or restrictions
Custom Instaprint is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information supplied by the customer.6. Artwork and Proof ApprovalCustomers must carefully review all proofs before approval.Approval confirms that the customer accepts:Spelling and grammar
Names, dates, and contact information
Artwork and layout
Colors and design placement
Products, sizes, and quantities
Overall appearance of the project
Once a proof is approved, the project may immediately move into production. Customer-approved errors are not considered production errors and do not qualify for a free replacement or refund.Digital proofs are visual representations. Minor differences may occur in color, placement, size, texture, fabric, thread, ink, material, or final appearance.7. Design RevisionsUnless otherwise stated, custom design and branding projects include up to two rounds of revisions.A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the selected design direction. Requests for additional revisions, major redesigns, new concepts, or changes outside the original scope may require an additional fee or deposit.Additional work will not begin until the required fee or deposit is paid.8. Artwork OwnershipAfter full payment, the customer receives ownership and permitted use of the final approved custom logo or design created specifically for that customer.Custom Instaprint retains ownership of:Unused concepts
Rejected designs
Drafts and sketches
Templates
Preliminary work
Working files
Internal production methods
Design processes and systems
Final image files may be released in the formats included in the customer’s package. Editable source files, including AI, PSD, layered files, Canva templates, or other working files, are not included and will not be released unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise.Embroidery digitizing files and machine-production files remain the property of Custom Instaprint and will not be released.9. Customer-Provided ArtworkThe customer confirms that they own, license, or have permission to use all logos, images, photographs, trademarks, wording, and other materials submitted to Custom Instaprint.The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful use of submitted content.Custom Instaprint may refuse artwork that appears to violate copyrights, trademarks, laws, platform rules, or the rights of another person or business.10. Customer-Supplied ProductsCustomer-supplied garments or products must be reviewed and approved by Custom Instaprint before they are accepted.Printing, embroidery, engraving, heat pressing, and other customization processes involve equipment, heat, pressure, ink, thread, adhesives, and handling. Although reasonable care will be used, damage can occasionally occur.Customer-supplied items are accepted entirely at the customer’s risk. Custom Instaprint is not responsible for damage to, loss of, or replacement of customer-supplied products.Customers should not provide rare, sentimental, irreplaceable, or unusually expensive items.11. Custom Products and Final SalesAll custom, printed, embroidered, engraved, personalized, branded, and made-to-order products are final sale.Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged because of:Customer-selected sizes or quantities
Customer-approved artwork or spelling
Changes of mind
Minor color differences
Normal manufacturing or material variations
Differences between screen displays and finished products
Claims involving damage, defects, incorrect products, or production errors must be reported within three business days of receipt and must include clear photographs.Approved claims may be resolved through repair, correction, replacement, credit, or refund at Custom Instaprint’s discretion.12. Branding and Design ServicesBranding and creative services may include logo design, brand colors, typography, messaging, graphics, presentations, content, landing pages, or other agreed deliverables.Payment covers the time, strategy, research, design, revisions, and creative work performed. Branding, graphic design, and consulting payments are non-refundable once work begins.Custom Instaprint does not guarantee:Business success

Funding or investment
Trademark registration

The customer is responsible for reviewing names, logos, slogans, and other brand elements for legal availability and trademark clearance. Custom Instaprint does not provide legal advice or trademark-registration services.13. Websites and Third-Party PlatformsWebsite and landing-page services are limited to the work described in the customer’s quote or agreement.Unless specifically included in writing, Custom Instaprint does not provide ongoing:Website maintenance
Technical support
Security monitoring
Content updates
Software troubleshooting
Domain management
Email administration
Store management
Platform support
The customer is responsible for all ongoing third-party costs, including:Domain registration and renewals
Hosting
Website subscriptions
Business email services
Apps and integrations
Payment-processing fees
Online-store fees
Stock assets
Premium plugins or tools
Maintenance and renewal charges
Third-party platforms may change their prices, features, rules, availability, or functionality at any time. Custom Instaprint is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, account restrictions, data loss, security incidents, or service interruptions.After the project is delivered, the customer is responsible for maintaining access to their accounts, passwords, billing information, renewals, and services.14. Portfolio and Promotional UseUnless the customer requests confidentiality in writing before production, Custom Instaprint may photograph or display completed projects in its website portfolio, social media, advertising, presentations, and promotional materials.We will make reasonable efforts to honor privacy requests received before the work is publicly shared.15. Shipping, Pickup, and DeliveryThe customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping or delivery address.Custom Instaprint is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, or events outside our control.Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by law.Local pickup and delivery must be arranged in advance. Unclaimed orders may be subject to storage fees or disposal after reasonable notice.16. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Instaprint’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the specific product or service that caused the claim.Custom Instaprint will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including lost sales, missed events, lost business opportunities, or third-party expenses.Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.17. Force MajeureCustom Instaprint is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, illness, power outages, internet outages, equipment failure, labor disruptions, government action, supplier shortages, transportation interruptions, or shipping-carrier delays.We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and offer an appropriate solution based on the circumstances and applicable law.18. Disputes and MediationBefore starting formal legal action, the customer and Custom Instaprint agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.The party raising the dispute must provide written notice describing the issue and the requested solution. Both parties will have a reasonable opportunity to discuss and attempt to resolve it.When informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to attempt mediation in Bexar County, Texas, with a mutually agreed mediator before filing a lawsuit, unless immediate legal relief is necessary or mediation is not legally required or practical.Each party will pay its own legal costs and will share the mediator’s fee equally unless otherwise agreed or ordered.19. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.Any legal proceeding not resolved through informal discussion or mediation must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Bexar County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.20. Changes to These TermsCustom Instaprint may update these Terms and Conditions as its products, services, business practices, or legal responsibilities change.The version posted at the time an order is accepted will generally apply to that order unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.21. SeverabilityIf any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.22.
