Refunds

• Items can be returned if damaged within 30 days of purchase if exchange is not available. 
• Please email order@custominstaprint.com to start the process. 
• Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to process. 

Back Order 

Due to third party manufacturer's limitations, if an item is out of stock, a comparable option will be provided for approval of the buyer. If the comparable option is declined, a refund will be issued.
