Custom Instaprint is a custom print and branding business offering products such as custom apparel, embroidery, DTF printed garments, hats, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, banners, signs, business cards, and other promotional items. We help businesses, organizations, events, and individuals bring their ideas to life with custom-designed products. 


Yes,  Some items may be available individually, while others require a minimum order. Contact us for product specific minimums and pricing. 


Yes, we offer professional graphic design services for an additional fee.

Yes. If we have your design and order details on file, reordering is usually simple. Contact us with your previous order information and we will help you reorder. 


Changes may be possible before final approval. Once a proof is approved, the creation is sent to production. No image changes are accepted. Please contct us directly if quantities need to be increased. 


Yes. Most of our products can be customized with your logo, artwork, wording, or design.  All images submitted must be owned and authorized for print. 


All images must be a minimum of 300 DPI

No problem.  We can provide a quote to  help you create or refine a design for your project. 


Yes. Absolutley! A proof is sent for approval before custom items are created. 


Proof approval confirms the overall design is correct before production begins. Once approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the final image. 


Yes. Embroidery works best on stable, tight fabrics. Some delicate, thin, stretchy, or loosely woven materials may be at risk for puckering, distortion, or damage. 


Yes. A one-time digitizing fee of $35.00 will be applied to convert your logo or artwork into an embroidery-ready file. Bulk orders that meet minimum requirments will have the fee waived. 


DTF stands for Direct to Film printing. It is a method that allows full color designs to be transferred onto garments with vibrant detail and flexibility. 


Turnaround time depends on the product, quantity, design complexity, and current order volume. Estimated production time will be discussed when your order is placed.  We aim to have all orders ready for shipping or pick up within 7-10 business days from approval. We do offer rush delivery for an additional fee of $50.00. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us directly. We will do our best to meet your needs. 


Yes. We offer shipping on eligible orders.   Shipping costs vary based on order size, product type, destination, and shipping speed. 


If your shipped order is not received, please contact order@custominstaprint.com. If the delivery service cannot locate the package, a ticket will be submitted through the carrier. A replacement will be issued based on the circumstances.

No. Because custom items are made specifically for each customer, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved and produced.

Yes. Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.  To request a return, please contact order@custominstaprint.com within 14 days of delivery. Returned non-custom items must be unused, in new condition, and have any original tags attached.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
