Custom Instaprint LLC is a Texas-based custom print and embroidery business. We offer custom apparel, uniforms, embroidered items, DTF printed shirts, hats, banners, signs, business cards, promotional products, event merchandise, and graphic design services for businesses, organizations, events, and individuals within the United States.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others, interfere with the operation of the website, or misuse our services.

You agree not to:

• use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

This includes, without limitation, any order or submitted material that we believe:

• is unlawful or infringing
• is misleading or fraudulent
• is offensive, disturbing, or unethical
• promotes, depicts, or glorifies violence
• conflicts with our business standards, values, or safety concerns

This website is intended for users age 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

When placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, shipping, and order information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if information provided is inaccurate, payment cannot be processed, materials are unavailable, submitted content is unacceptable, or for any other lawful business reason.

For custom orders, proofs, mockups, or design previews may be provided before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all proofs for spelling, grammar, layout, design placement, sizing, colors, and overall accuracy before approval.

Once a proof has been approved, Custom Instaprint LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.  Production may begin only after approval is received, when applicable.

If you submit logos, artwork, images, text, or other materials to us, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the material or have permission to use it
• the material does not violate any law
• the material does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights

Custom Instaprint LLC is not responsible for independently verifying ownership or permission rights for customer-submitted content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Instaprint LLC from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from materials you submit.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and specifications may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, or other lawful reasons.

Production and turnaround times are estimates only and may vary based on order size, proof approval timing, product type, material availability, customization requirements, shipping delays, holidays, and events beyond our control.

Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Custom Instaprint LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, weather delays, or other circumstances outside our control. If a shipped item is not received, the customer must contact us promptly at order@custominstaprint.com.

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.

For non-custom items, return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and include any original tags or packaging, if applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Return requests must be emailed to order@custominstaprint.com.

If a shipment is lost and the carrier cannot locate it, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, finishes, materials, and design appearance as accurately as possible on the website. However, actual finished products may vary slightly due to screen displays, monitor settings, lighting, fabric or material differences, print methods, embroidery methods, and supplier variations. Minor variations do not constitute defects.

All website content owned by Custom Instaprint LLC, including text, graphics, logos, branding, layout, design elements, and images, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Customer-submitted content remains the property of its respective owner. By submitting content to us, you grant us a limited permission to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and related customer service.

If you subscribe to our email list, contact us through the website, or place an order, we may send you communications related to your order, customer service, updates, or marketing emails where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
