Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1/1/2026


This Return and Refund Policy governs purchases made from Custom Instaprint LLC. By placing an order with Custom Instaprint, the customer agrees to the terms set forth below.


1. Custom and Personalized Products

All custom, personalized, made-to-order, and specially produced items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.

Custom Instaprint provides a proof for customer review and approval before production begins on applicable custom orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs, including but not limited to spelling, design, layout, colors, sizing, and other order details. Once the customer has approved the proof, the order may not be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Custom Instaprint shall not be responsible for errors approved by the customer in the final proof.


2. Non-Custom Products

Non-custom, non-personalized items may be eligible for return if a return request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In new and resalable condition
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories, if applicable.

Custom Instaprint reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.


3. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return for an eligible non-custom item, the customer must contact order@custominstaprint.com within the required return period and provide sufficient order information, including the order number and reason for the return. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Custom Instaprint LLC.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Items approved by proof prior to production
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags or in non-resalable condition
  • Any item returned without prior return authorization


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Custom Instaprint, the customer must notify Custom Instaprint at order@custominstaprint.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. Custom Instaprint LLC reserves the right to request photographs, packaging details, or other documentation before determining the appropriate remedy. If the claim is approved, Custom Instaprint may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.


6. Orders Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that an order was delivered but the customer did not receive it, the customer must contact order@custominstaprint.com promptly. Custom Instaprint LLC will work with the delivery carrier to investigate the matter. If the delivery carrier is unable to locate the package or confirms loss, Custom Instaprint LLC may issue a replacement at its discretion. Custom Instaprint is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly authorized by Custom Instaprint LLC, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs related to approved returns of non-custom items. Shipping charges originally paid at checkout are non-refundable except where the return is the direct result of an error by Custom Instaprint LLC.


8. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, Custom Instaprint LLC will notify the customer whether the return has been accepted. If approved, any refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution or payment provider. Please allow approximately five (5) to ten (10) business days after approval for the refund to appear. Custom Instaprint LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with this Policy.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Instaprint LLC liability for any claim relating to a purchased product shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall Custom Instaprint  LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products or services.


10. Policy Changes

Custom Instaprint LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase shall govern that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
